CHANGE TO TRAINING TIMES

Due to some coaches and gymnasts attending the Alpha Factor National Competition next weekend there has been some changes to training times as follows:-

Friday 13th September - there will be no class on this evening and therefore no charge.

Saturday 14th September - Elite will train 9:30am - 11:30am only

Saturday 14th September - there will be no afternoon trial session
