Well done to everyone who competed in the grades and floor and vault competitions.  Thanks also to everyone who helped us to stage the Floor and Vault.  There are loads of pictures in the members area for both events, and the scores are in the results area.

The badge night planned for May has been postponed because of a double booking; the new date will be posted as soon as possible.  We have completed the site investigation for the new gym building and will hopefully be putting in a planning application very shortly.

The club has been nominated by Councillor Mary Ovens for a Mayoral Community Award for our work with the young people of Redcar and Cleveland.  Diane Richardson, head coach, Steve Hall, chair, and Barbara Hall, treasurer, attended an award ceremony in the Mayor's parlour at the Town Hall in Eston on Monday 6th April to receive the award.  These awards are presented to groups or individuals who voluntarily work for the benefit of the local community, and the club is proud to receive it.
