2008 WISH campaign - we need your help! The 2008 WISH campaign, run by the Evening Gazette, begins today. By collecting the tokens that appear in the Evening gazette each night, we can claim a share of the £30,000 put up by the Gazette and Tees Valley Community Foundation. Fundraising is always important to a voluntary club such as ours to support the work we do for young people, but this year it is even more vital than ever. We are now at the stage of putting in for planning permission for our new gym building at Rye Hills School. Once this is approved, we will need to begin to raise money rapidly in order for us to achieve our dream of a new home for the club. With so much competition for tokens from so many clubs and good causes, we need every bit of help we can get. The more tokens we get the more money we raise. Ask your friends and family to keep tokens for us and send themin to gym. There is a collecting box in the gym and Marie McCleod will be coordinating the collection. Help us to beat last year's total and bring the funds in.
